Unless stated otherwise, all products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. To ensure warranty coverage, be sure to inspect the product upon delivery. If you detect any damage, file a report and do not accept the product. Product modifications, deformations, or alterations to the original design are not covered by the warranty.


Product Return and Exchange Policy


Our products sold abroad are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


Only defective products are subject to unconditional exchange. If the product you purchased from our website is faulty/defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] or via WhatsApp at +90 531 701 55 22. Our team will inform you about the return process. The defective product you receive will be thoroughly inspected by our customer representatives. If the product is a manufacturing defect and is in stock, a replacement will be issued. We will cover the shipping costs for defective product exchanges.
